Default Dip Switch Functions Explained
The greyed-out settings on the detector unit are the default setting when leaving the factory. Switches should be set to the same as the detector unit being removed. As this will have been installed and commissioned to the correct setting for the system installed to :-
BS EN 54-20
EXAMPLE ONLY!!
Switch 1 – Off
Switch 2 – On
Switch 3 – On
Switch 4 – Off
Switch 5 – Off
Switch 6 – Off
Switch 7 – On
Switch 8 – Off
Switch 9 – On Latched Fire Alarm. Off - Unlatched
Switch 10 – On Turn 0ff Logic sense to test unit switch back on after testing.
